Councilman Thomas serves as the representative of County Council District 2 and he currently serves as the Chair of the Budget Adjustments, Transfers, & Appropriations Committee.  In 2013 and 2017, Councilman Thomas served as the Vigo County Council President.  He is the owner of a small business within the community and a life-long resident. Councilman Thomas’ term expires December 31, 2018.
