Welcome to the Vigo County Courts Jury Administration website.
Vigo County has one Circuit Court, six Superior Courts, and one Juvenile Court. We have both Civil trials (typically six person juries) and Criminal trials (typically twelve person juries).
Vigo County operates a two-tier jury notification system. Potential Jurors are mailed a monthly questionnaire which is returned to the Jury Administrator. Prospective Jurors are selected from the qualified questionnaires and mailed a Summons to Report.
Prospective Jurors are required to call the Jury Information Line prior to their appearance to see if their services are needed.
