Court office and Courtroom are located on the 2nd floor of Community Corrections Building, 108 S. First St. at the north end of the hall.
HOURS:
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

PARKING:
On west and south side of the Community Corrections Building.
VIGO COUNTY TITLE IV-D COURT handles the following cases:
- Enforcement and Collection of child support from pre-existing court order awarding child support payments.
- Establishment of Paternity and enforcement and collection of child support
- Establishment of a support order where the mother and father are currently separated by not divorced.
- Modification of Child Support Orders
