Call the Highway Department at (812) 466-9635 (3250 E Haythorne Ave, Terre Haute).
When you call, please have ready:
- The best location you can give — road name plus nearest cross street or address
- What the hazard is (pothole, washout, debris, signage down…)
- Whether it is an immediate danger to traffic
An online report form is planned for this page at launch, so hazards can be reported with a photo and map location around the clock.
